super stay!
happy staff tasty option special touch
i found the hotel staff ready to assist and. breakfast had many tasty options to pick. i sampled sea bass with rice and malaysian curry sauce, it tasted perfect. rita in the restaurant added a special touch with lovely messages found on the napkins, so sweet!
i noticed the lighting in the bedroom felt a little gloomy, and i wish there were more options besides the bedside lights.

the room felt spacious and very clean. the assurance message left demonstrated the commitment to room cleanliness, what a thoughtful touch. the handwritten messages on the serviettes added to the pleasant experience.

Breakfast options included a generous variety, and the food tasted well cooked and presented. the fruit salad and juices were of great quality. i noticed staff offered to help with anything more for breakfast. They ensured i could grab what i wanted before clearing up.

a great stay!
quick check-in freshly made omelets
the front desk staff was super quick at check-in. the breakfast buffet included various options, even freshly made omelets. i also found some yummy cookies as a welcome gift in my room, that was awesome! the staff was generally friendly and helpful, always smiling!
honestly, the bathroom door sticks a little. also, i noticed some minor issues with the skirting boards in the room.

The staff seemed very attentive! They were very good too ensure accessibility and comfort, helping with dietary and mobility needs. The receptionist was bubbly and friendly, and ensured all our needs were met.
The hotel Needs work, outside lighting was almost entirely off.

friendly staff clean room
The staff at the hotel were SUPER friendly and helpful. everyone wanted us to feel comfortable, smiling and greeting us warmly. the room was super clean and cozy. The entire hotel was super clean. food arrived promptly and hot! breakfast had great choices, cooked fresh, with only a short wait if something from the buffet needed replenishing.
i was given a room right above the dining area on a saturday night, and it was noisy. the quality of sleep wasn't good because I had to get up early on sunday for work purposes.

The room was quite large. It featured a walk-in shower. Ample parking was available (which simplified our arrival). Breakfast offered good variety. The breakfast value impressed me.
The air conditioning in the restaurant was a little too cold.

large room comfortable beds excellent shower
The room was large and very clean. It included everything needed for my stay. The beds were very comfortable and a good shower was present. Breakfast was also very good.
tv had all apps blocked. i don't see the point in having them on the tv.
